Booking Conditions
Payment Terms: A deposit of £75 per week is required at the time of booking and the balance of payment is due eight weeks prior to travel. Bookings made within eight weeks of travel must be paid in full when booking.
Travel Insurance: We would strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for each member of your party to cover both cancellation charges and medical emergencies, subject to the conditions imposed by such a policy.
Cancellation: If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking you should inform us as early as possible. If you cancel more than eight weeks before departure you will forfeit your deposit in full but will have no further payment to make. Cancellations received within the final eight weeks will necessitate the loss of 100% of your booking. However, we would endeavour to re-let the accommodation and if so will re-pay your rental, less your deposit and £50 administrative charges.
Damage: Unlike most other self-catering organisations, we do not insist on a damage deposit in advance. We do ask, however, that you replace any items which have been accidentally damaged or broken. If excessive cleaning is necessary after your visit (i.e. sofa, bedspreads, etc.) we would ask that you settle for this directly with our agents, Nerja Villa's, before leaving Nerja.
Arrival & Departue: The villas and apartments are available for occupation from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1030 a.m. on the day of departure. This is to ensure that the property can be cleaned and made ready for occupation between guests. There may be times when variations to these times are possible depending on in-coming/out-going guests. Please discuss if necessary.
Care Hire: There are many car hire companies at Malaga Airport. However, most of them have a shuttle bus service to their car compound away from the airport. You will have to queue at the airport to complete the forms and wait for the courtesy bus. We, therefore, recommend you book your hire car through Royal Crown Car Hire, a family-run company based at Malaga Airport. The convenience of being able to step into your own transport on arrival, directly outside the Arrival Lounge cannot be over-estimated. Please discuss your car requirements with us on booking. Roof racks, baby seats, extra drivers and unlimited mileage are all inclusive.
Extra Beds: Additional beds/sofabeds/cots can be provided at an extra cost of £30 per person per week to cover the linen/towels/hot water charges.
