Casa Jardin is an attractive garden apartment situated in a fabulous location on the Capistrano development, a quiet pedestrian area yet just metres from the restaurant/supermarket and 'top pool' area.

Casa Jardin consists of a lounge/kitchen, inner hall, shower room and lovely double bedroom over-looking the garden, equipped with matching double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside table.  The shower room was re-fitted in 2008 with large walk-in shower, w.c., basin and window over-looking the garden.  The bright lounge/kitchen has window and patio doors onto the private garden and patio area.  There is a sofabed in the lounge which can be used for young children and a cot is available if required.  You will find a table and several chairs on the patio and sunloungers beneath the large lemon tree. Numerous lemons throughout the year for homemade lemonade / gin and tonics!

An ideal apartment for the elderly and/or young children due to its location, lack of steps and pretty walled garden (just one step to negotiate).
